Sichuan Provincial Quality Control Center for Pediatrics is set up in the hospital

On October 9th-11th,2012,a meeting was held at Jindi Hotel for the establishment of Sichuan Provincial Quality Control Center for Pediatrics and Workshop for Diagnosis and Treatment Guides for Infectious Diseases of Children.  Zhao Wanhua, deputy director-general of the Department of Health, Sichuan Province, Xiang Ping, Liu Cheng, deputy directors of the Medical Policy Office of the Department of Health, Mu Dezhi, professor and president of West China Second University Hospital, Sichuan University, Guo Wenjun, professor and president assistant, and about 200 pediatric experts and directors from other cities of Sichuan attended the meeting.

In the meeting, Prof. Mu was appointed as director of Sichuan Provincial Quality Control Center for Pediatrics, and Wan Chaoming, Jia Cangsong, Guo Wenjun, Chen Changhui, Liu Wenjun, Pi Guanghuang as deputy director.

Sichuan Provincial Quality Control Center for Pediatrics will play an important role in guiding and promoting the development of pediatrics in Sichuan Province. On establishment, the center made it the ob-x-jective of this year to improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases of children.
